Without reservation, I would recommend Stan Siprell of Siprell Construction, Inc., to be considered if you are looking for a quality builder.  Since 1998, I have had eight houses built in Gulf County.  I was fortunate enough to have chosen Stan to build the last five homes and would like to take this opportunity to comment on his fine performance.  Stan, his wife, and the subs he uses combine to make a great team.  He takes pride in his work and because he cares about maintaining quality control, he tries only to use the subs whose work he knows well.  In addition, by "going the extra mile," Stan makes it obvious to his clients that their satisfaction is very important to him.    

     In working with different builders, Stan has been a breath of fresh air.  On a personal level, I feel that he is truly a good person who is honest and fair.  I'm sure that there must be some other good builders in the area, however, without hesitation I can say Stan is certainly one of the best.

     Stan did a wonderful room addition for us on our beachfront residence.  We were extremely impressed by the quality of his work and his constant willingness to go far beyond minimums.  He is a charming and honest person, a delight to deal with in every way. 

     We recommend him to friends who have been very pleased with his home building.  You only have to watch the early stages of his home construction to see the extra attention he gives.  It's impressive! and the finished product is beautiful.
